FJK Sublimation aims to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines when returns, replacements, or refunds may be applicable.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted if:
The product is damaged during delivery
The wrong product is delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products
Items damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed after product inspection
- Buyer has to pay the return charges.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit
Processing time may take 10–15 business days
Replacements
Where applicable, replacements may be offered instead of refunds.
