The courier partner is selected to ensure safe handling and timely delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Major cities: 6–8 working days

• Other cities / towns: 7–10 working days

5. Shipping Charges

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Recipient unavailability

• Force majeure events (floods, strikes, natural disasters)

However, we will assist customers in coordinating with the courier wherever possible.

10. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

2. Share:

   • Order number

   • Photos / video evidence

   • Courier receipt (if available)

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

11. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
