- You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Or track the status through 3-party website: 17track.net.
- Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly submit a CONTACT FORM at the bottom for help.
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times.Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
- Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
- Unigear ships all packages from our warehouses and distribution center.
If you haven't received the parcel within promised days below, that means your parcel might lost in transit, you can ask for a full refund.
- Standard Shipping: Full refund if you do not receive your purchase within 60 days.
- Expedited Shipping: Full refund if you do not receive your purchase within 30 days.
All shipments from China are Delivery Duty Unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Unigear cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME
The Item Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 3 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 5-10 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

- All items must be returned unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags
- Place your item(s) and your return form into a sealed box or package.
- Products must be shipped in appropriate shipping boxes. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
- Items purchased second-hand are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- After 30 days, your item is not eligible for return.
- For returns, the shipping and return costs are at your expense.
If you regret your purchase, it is important that you give us notice of this by writing to us at email@example.com, stating your order reference number. We will try our best to assist you as soon as possible. To facilitate your request, email your inquiry with the picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for our record purposes.
If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund (within 7 days) and place a new order at your convenience. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. We will process refunds within 1-2 weeks upon your return.

It takes 3 to 5 business days after a package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and a credit issued to your account. Once your return has been processed, you will get an email confirmation. You will see your refund within 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return. If items are not returned in new, unused condition with all original product packaging, including tags, they will be returned to you with no refund.
Unigear cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Unigear cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
