It’s soft and it stretches nicely. I wear a size xl but i ordered a 3x. It’s a little snug but not bad but i wish that i had ordered the 4x. I’m going to keep it though because it’s wearable. I don’t know how warm it is. It’s a thin fabric with thin thermal material inside. It’ll be warmer than a regular top but not sweatshirt warm.
