FJK Sublimation | Texprint R Sublimation Paper supplier

Digital Dye-Sublimation Paper for Desktop Printing
Dye-sublimation printing is a digital printing technology using full color artwork with polyester and polymer-coated substrates.
Dye-sublimation can be used for soft substrates such as apparel, soft signage, banners and flags, or hard surface items such as glass, plastics, metals including cell phone covers, plaques, coffee mugs, and more.
The result is a permanent, high resolution, full color print. Because the dyes are infused into the fabric or hard substrate, the prints will not peel, crack or fade under normal use.

The main difference between A3 and A4 sublimation paper is the size. A3 paper measures 297 x 420mm, while A4 paper measures 210 x 297mm. A3 paper is also thicker than A4 paper, making it better suited for larger prints. Additionally, A4 paper is usually less expensive than A3 paper.
Using A4 sublimation paper is simple. First, you need to make sure that your printer is compatible with dye sublimation printing. If it is, you can then print your design onto the paper using sublimation inks. Once the design is printed, you can then place it onto the substrate (such as a t-shirt, mug, or other item) and use a heat press to transfer the design onto the substrate. After the design has been transferred, it will be permanently embedded into the substrate.
The best paper for sublimation printing is a high-quality, uncoated polyester-coated paper. This type of paper is specifically designed for sublimation printing and offers superior ink absorption, high resolution, and vibrant colors. Additionally, this type of paper is more durable and won’t tear or crease easily.
No, you cannot print sublimation paper on a regular printer. Sublimation paper requires special inks that cannot be used in regular printers. To print sublimation paper, you will need a printer that is specifically designed for sublimation printing.
No, you cannot use regular paper for sublimation printing. Regular paper is not designed to absorb the special sublimation inks, and the inks will not properly adhere to the paper. To successfully print with sublimation inks, you will need to use a special sublimation paper.
There are several printers that are designed specifically for sublimation printing. Popular sublimation printers include the Epson Workforce WF-7710, Ricoh SG3110DN, and Canon PIXMA Pro-100.
Yes, sublimation paper is permanent. Once the design is printed onto the sublimation paper and transferred onto the substrate (such as a t-shirt, mug, or other item) using a heat press, the design will become permanently embedded into the substrate.
Resolution in a sublimation transfer printer refers to the number of dots per inch (dpi) that the printer can produce. The higher the resolution, the more detail and clarity the printer can produce in the print. Most sublimation transfer printers have a resolution of at least 300 dpi, but some high-end models can produce prints with resolutions of up to 2400 dpi.
Sublimation paper is typically made of a polyester-coated paper. This type of paper is designed to absorb the special sublimation inks and to resist tearing or creasing. Additionally, the polyester coating helps to produce vibrant colors and crisp lines in the prints.
No, you cannot use sublimation paper for heat transfers. Sublimation paper is designed to be used with special sublimation inks, and the inks will not properly adhere to the paper if it is used with a heat transfer machine. To successfully use a heat transfer machine, you will need to use a special heat transfer paper.
Sublimation paper should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. The paper should be stored in its original packaging and sealed to ensure optimal quality. It is also important to be mindful of the shelf life of the paper and to regularly check that it is still in good condition. If the paper has been stored for an extended period of time, it may be beneficial to test it before use to ensure the best results. Finally, it is important to store the paper away from any other materials that may cause it to discolor or degrade, such as certain types of inks or chemicals.
At FJK Sublimation, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality sublimation products at the most competitive prices. We offer a wide range of sublimation products including heat presses, printers, inks, substrates and more.
