Refund & Return Policy – FJK Sports

At FJK Sports, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. Return Window: 15-Day Policy

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return or issue a refund.

Please ensure that the return request is submitted within this 15-day window. The request date (via email to our customer service) will be considered as the initial date for your return inquiry.

Note: This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.


Where to Send Your Returns

We offer international returns through our designated warehouses in the UK, USA, and Australia. This helps reduce return shipping costs and simplifies the process for our customers around the world.

Once your return request is approved by our customer service team, we will provide you with the nearest warehouse address based on your shipping location.


The Return Process: Step-by-Step

To ensure a smooth and transparent return experience, please follow the return process outlined below:

✅ Step 1: Contact Customer Service

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Images (if applicable — for damaged/faulty items)

Our customer service team will respond within 2-3 working days with an approval (if eligible) and instructions on where and how to return your items.


✅ Step 2: Packaging & Postage

Once your return has been approved:

  • Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging or similar protective material.

  • Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.

  • Write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Important:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your postal receipt in case of any issues.


✅ Step 3: Return Shipment

Ship your package to the return address provided by our team (UK, USA, or AUS warehouse). We do not accept returns sent to unauthorized addresses.


✅ Step 4: Confirmation of Receipt

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our team:

  • We will notify you via email that your return has been received and is being processed.

  • If the return is rejected due to non-compliance (e.g., worn items, damaged packaging), we will provide a full explanation and next steps.


Exchange Policy

At this time, FJK Sportswear does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, you will need to:

  1. Return the unwanted item

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures we can maintain accurate inventory and process your request faster.


Refunds: Processing Time & Method

Once your returned item has been received and verified, we will begin processing your refund.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed.

  • The processing time begins once we receive your returned item at one of our approved warehouse locations.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., PayPal, credit card, debit card). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
