Items shipped from FJKSPORTS.com, including Fulfilled by FJK (FBFJK) Warehouse, can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with some exceptions:
If you change your mind for any reason or have made a wrong selection, we will gladly accept the return of your goods for exchange or refunds if it is returned in the exact condition it was received by you within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. Please contact our customer service to organize a Return Authority form (RA#) for you to include with your return. We recommend sending your return via a trackable method of postage to ensure that it gets to us.
Fullfilled byThird-Party Sellers
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third-party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of FJKSPORTS.
Third-party sellers adhere to the FJKSPORTS policies that are outlined in About Our Returns Policies.

Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the same country goods shipped, a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may file an Guarantee claim to seek help with your return.
If you are returning the item and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest trackable delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-z Guarantee.
Only the product cost is refundable- delivery charges are not.
Of course you can. Providing it’s within 14 days of purchase, if you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue – in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items.

To return goods you have to follow very simple procedure, the first thing to do is get in touch with our Customer Service team who’ll send you a returns form. Stage 2 is to repackage your goods in their original packaging, remembering to include the completed returns form we’ve also sent. Then simply return the package in the post, and providing the products reach us in their original condition, we’ll process your refund. When returning your items, we would highly recommend using a courier service that enables you to track the parcel’s progress back to our warehouse… Better to be safe than sorry!

If you choose to return an item to us, you as the customer are liable to cover the cost. That’s why we recommend using a courier, as unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any products you return that go missing.
If for any reason at all you believe we’ve sent you faulty or defective items, we’ll try and get to the bottom of things as soon as possible. Call our Customer Service team and they’ll advise you on the best course of action and how to return your items. Rest assured, goods that are faulty will be refunded in full or exchanged.
We’ll issue refunds using the same method used to pay for the original purchase, so for example, if you buy using PayPal we’ll pop the money back into that same account.

We will obviously aim to refund your money as quickly as possible, but because of the various stages involved in the process (and sometimes the need to return items), it can take up to 3-4 weeks.
If you choose to return your order back to us you will be liable for the costs. We recommend using a courier which provides you with a tracking number, we are not liable for any products that go missing.
International shipping costs can vary for many reasons; per country we deliver to, the product you are purchasing, the website you are browsing and the currency you are shopping in. Our international customers should be aware that the prices on our website do not include any customs charges. These vary depending on the country and on certain occasions you may have to cover these additional costs when you receive your order.
Due to the ever-changing global situation and frequent price changes across the courier network, in some rare cases, orders shipping to international countries may incur a surcharge post-purchase. In this case we will contact you to discuss your order before dispatch. To receive an accurate shipping cost for all international orders please ensure you are shopping on the correct website for your delivery country and contact our Sales team via the Contact Us page.
If you want to speak to us over the phone then English will be the only way our sales and customer care team will be able to communicate with you. But if you feel your English writing is not the strongest, we are happy to try and translate any emails to the best of our ability and send them back to you in your language of choice.
