Upon purchase, purchases made directly from unigearshop.com may be returned through our online portal within 30 days of purchase.

Return Requirements

- All items must be returned unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags

- Place your item(s) and your return form into a sealed box or package.

- Products must be shipped in appropriate shipping boxes. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

- Items purchased second-hand are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- After 30 days, your item is not eligible for return.

- For returns, the shipping and return costs are at your expense.

If you regret your purchase, it is important that you give us notice of this by writing to us at service@unigearshop.com, stating your order reference number. We will try our best to assist you as soon as possible. To facilitate your request, email your inquiry with the picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for our record purposes.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund (within 7 days) and place a new order at your convenience. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. We will process refunds within 1-2 weeks upon your return.

Cancellation

If you want to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at service@unigearshop.com.

It takes 3 to 5 business days after a package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and a credit issued to your account. Once your return has been processed, you will get an email confirmation. You will see your refund within 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return. If items are not returned in new, unused condition with all original product packaging, including tags, they will be returned to you with no refund.

Unigear cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. Therefore, we recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Unigear cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
